Exquisite Nail Care Technician Opportunity at Chi's Investment and Trading Corp

Join the professionally dedicated and customer-focused team at Chi's Investment and Trading Corp as a Nail Care Technician. We hire for all Quinn Nails' locations:

- 1 Nail Tech for Quinn Nails - The Chi (Miramichi),

- 2 Nail Techs for Kinh Nails - Miramichi, 

- 1 Nail Tech for Quinn Nails - Bathurst, 

- 1 Nail Tech for Quinn Nails - Campbellton,

- 2 Nail Techs for Quinn Nails - Edmundston 

All locations are in New Brunswick and are offering a competitive salary from $18 per hour up to $29.50 hourly for a 30-to-40-hour work week depend on your skills and experiences. Some locations might have cheaper rental housing available. This opportunity is for immediate permanent, full-time position with 7 vacancies available.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art
• Clean, trim and polish nails
• Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions
• Perform soothing manicures and pedicures

Your Skills and Expertise

Candidates MUST passed a minimum of 350 hours at Certified Training Centers or Schools. We can help you to do exams and provincial certificate if you haven't done so. We prefer candidates that could do acrylic, but we can also train you to do acrylic as it's a must if you want to improve your skills, gain more clients and of course, more income. Why? because 80% of our nail clients are getting acrylic for their nails.

You will be operating onsite and therefore there are no remote working options.

Salaries: Starting at $27 per hour up to $30 per hour for supervisor position.

Hours: $40 hours per week. Full-time permanent. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nail salon and manage staff schedules.
• Train and mentor nail technicians to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving client complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor supply inventory and place orders to ensure the salon is well-stocked with products.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and best practices to share with staff and recommend to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a nail salon or beauty industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and tools.
