As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will lead a talented team of nail technicians, train new staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - 1 Salon Supervisor (Kinh Nails Miramichi location)

- 1 Salon Supervisor (Quinn Nails Campbellton location)

- 1 Salon Supervisor (Ongles Quinn Nails Edmundston location)

Salaries: $29 per hour for supervisor position.

Hours: 30 hours per week. Full-time permanent. 

Languages: English or French

Education: Secondary school graduation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nail salon and manage staff schedules.
• Train and mentor nail technicians to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving client complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor supply inventory and place orders to ensure the salon is well-stocked with products.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and best practices to share with staff and recommend to clients.

Experiences: 

• 1 year to less than 7 months in a nail salon or beauty industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to staying current with trends.
